can inaam tell me whether to invest?
No. inaam is authorised to give general information only, so nobody here can tell you whether the fund suits your circumstances. The PDS and the target market determination set out who the fund has been designed for, and a licensed financial adviser can give you personal advice.
where do i sign up?
