about inaam

trust and licensing.

inaam is the app. The fund behind it is a registered managed investment scheme, with a licensed responsible entity, an independent custodian and an outside auditor. This page names each of them and shows you how to check.

Every licence number here can be looked up on a public register. The steps are further down.

In plain words: inaam runs the app and picks the investments. A separate licensed company is legally responsible for the fund. An independent custodian, Interactive Brokers Australia Pty Ltd, holds the fund’s assets. An administrator keeps its accounts, and an outside auditor checks them each year. Each of those is named in the product disclosure statement, and every licence number on this page can be looked up on a public register.

ASIC’s Moneysmart tells every investor to verify a licence holder’s name and number on ASIC’s registers before investing. Here is how to do that for inaam.

an identity card1

the authorisation

Open ASIC’s Professional Registers Search, choose the register of Australian financial services authorised representatives, and search 1318254. It shows inaam Impact Investments Pty Ltd and the licence it is authorised under.

read both halves

what is in place, and what it does not do

what is in place

  • A registered scheme has a constitution and a compliance plan. The compliance plan is audited by an outside auditor each year, and the audit report is lodged with ASIC.
  • The responsible entity is a separate licensed company. Its job is to oversee the investment manager and to act in the best interests of investors.
  • The fund’s assets are held by an independent custodian.
  • The fund’s financial statements are audited each year and made available to investors.
  • There is a complaints process, and the responsible entity is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.

what none of this does

  • An investment in the fund is not a bank deposit, and the PDS says it is not covered by the government financial claims scheme.
  • All investments carry risk. You may lose some or all of your capital, and nobody guarantees a return.
  • A licence is a requirement. ASIC’s Moneysmart puts it this way: holding a licence does not mean ASIC endorses the company, the product or the advice, and it does not guarantee the investment is safe.
  • The fund is new, and a new fund has a short record. A short record tells you less than a long one.

trust and licensing, answered straight.

is inaam regulated by asic?

The fund is a managed investment scheme registered with ASIC, ARSN 691 614 132. Its responsible entity, Primary Securities Ltd, holds AFSL 224107. inaam is a corporate authorised representative, number 1318254, of Non Correlated Advisors Pty Ltd, which holds AFSL 430126. All three entries are on ASIC’s public registers.

does inaam hold its own licence?

No. inaam operates as a corporate authorised representative of a licence holder, Non Correlated Advisors Pty Ltd, AFSL 430126. The licence holder is responsible for what its representative does. The authorisation covers general advice and dealing, so nothing on this site or in the app is personal financial advice.

who holds the money i invest?

An independent custodian, Interactive Brokers Australia Pty Ltd, holds all the assets of the fund, as the PDS sets out, and the responsible entity is legally responsible for the fund. The subscription is different: the PDS says the $10 a month platform fee is paid directly to inaam.

is my investment guaranteed or government protected?

No. The fund is not a bank deposit, and the PDS says investments in it are not covered by the government financial claims scheme. All investments carry risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital.

how do i make a complaint?

You can start with us at hello@inaam.me. The PDS sets out the formal route: write to the Complaints Officer at Primary Securities Ltd, the responsible entity. If the complaint is not resolved, you can take it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, the external dispute resolution service the responsible entity belongs to.

where are the pds and the tmd?

Both are linked at the foot of every page on this site and in the app. The PDS is Issue 3, dated 21 January 2026. The target market determination took effect on 4 November 2025. Either is free on request from hello@inaam.me.
