inaam is an Australian digital platform built to help people make better financial decisions. We collect personal information so we can provide our services, improve your experience, and keep you informed if you choose to hear from us.

2. what we collect
When you join a waitlist or sign up for updates, we collect your name and your email address so we can tell you what we have shipped. Across the website and the app we may collect personal information such as:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Information you provide through forms on this site
- Usage data from how you interact with the website
We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising works: Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and HubSpot. Clause 7 says what each one does.
3. how we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Respond to your queries
- Send you updates or marketing content, only if you have opted in
- Understand how people use our site
4. marketing and consent
When you sign up to hear from inaam, whether that is the app waitlist or the newsletter, you are giving us express consent to send you marketing emails and updates about our services. You can withdraw that consent at any time by:
- Clicking "unsubscribe" in any of our emails
- Contacting us at hello@inaam.me
We never send marketing messages without your permission, and we do not use pre-checked boxes or bundled consent.
5. who we share it with
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us run the website, the email platform or the analytics tools. We will never sell your data, and we only share what is necessary for the job at hand. Today those providers are:
- HubSpot, our customer and email platform. The details you give us through a form on this site are stored there, and our emails are sent from it.
- Google, through Google Analytics, which tells us how the site is used.
- Meta, through the Meta pixel, which tells us when someone who saw an inaam ad on Facebook or Instagram visits the site or signs up.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and measures how fast its pages load.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
6. your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email hello@inaam.me and we will sort it out.
7. cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the site, to understand how it is used and to measure our advertising. They come from:
- Google Analytics, which counts visits and page views
- The Meta pixel, which records a visit or a sign-up that follows an inaam ad on Facebook or Instagram
- HubSpot, which recognises a visitor who has filled in one of our forms and links their later visits to the details they gave us
Vercel, which hosts the site, counts visits and measures page speed without third-party cookies.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off will not lock you out of anything here, though some parts of the site will remember less about you.
8. data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, using secure systems and trusted third-party tools.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.
